How Noticed works.

Overview

Noticed is a Solana launchpad that turns trading fees into funding for AI startups. Anyone pastes a startup's link, reviews the profile AI drafts from it, and launches one supporting token on a Meteora bonding curve. Fees from that token are claimed on chain; 90% of what Noticed receives is booked for the startup and paid to its verified founders in USD.

How it works

  1. Paste a website, GitHub repo or tweet. Noticed reads it and drafts the name, description, founder (only if publicly stated) and official links.
  2. Review every field and pick the ticker. One startup can have only one supporting token.
  3. Connect a Solana wallet and approve one payment: the launch fee (0.03 SOL) plus your optional first buy. Noticed creates the token on Meteora and sends you the tokens your first buy bought. If creation fails, the whole payment is refunded automatically.
  4. Every trade pays a 1% fee. Noticed claims its share on chain and records each claim with its transaction.
  5. Founders verify and are paid in USD. Each payout has a public receipt.

Fees

Of every $100 in trading feesShareWho
Startup$7290% of what Noticed receives, paid in USD
Meteora$20fixed protocol share of the curve fee
Noticed$810% of what Noticed receives

Trading fee: 1% on the curve and 1% in the Meteora pool after graduation. Graduation liquidity is locked permanently. The launch fee (0.03 SOL) covers the on-chain accounts and transactions.

For founders

Your startup was noticed by supporters, not by you. You owe nothing and nothing is implied about you. To receive your share, open your startup's page and use “Claim this startup”. We verify through your domain, X account or GitHub, then pay in USD through our payment provider. Endorsing the token is a separate, optional step with a public proof link. You can also ask for corrections or removal.

Payments run through a verified payment provider. Until it is live, payouts are tested with a mock provider: those are labelled “Test”, move no money and never count as delivered.

What can go wrong, said plainly.

The short version
  • 1%fee on every trade
  • 72%of it booked for the startup
  • 0presale, team tokens or airdrops
  • USDpayouts with public receipts
Where does the founders' money come from?
Only from trading fees on the startup's token: 1% of every trade. Meteora keeps 20% of the curve fee, Noticed receives the rest, and 90% of what Noticed receives is booked for the startup. There is no other source.
Is this token endorsed by the startup?
Not unless its page says “Founder endorsed”. Tokens are launched by independent supporters. A startup becomes endorsed only after its founder proved who they are and agreed, with a public proof link.
When do founders get paid?
After they verify through their domain, X account or GitHub. Payouts are in USD through a payment provider. A payout shows as delivered only when the provider confirms it, with a receipt on the payout history page.
What if the founder never claims?
Their share stays in escrow, booked to the startup. It is never redirected to Noticed or anyone else.
Who can change the split?
The 1% fee and Meteora's 20% are set in the on-chain config and can't change for a launched token. The 90/10 split is Noticed's commitment, recorded claim by claim in a public ledger.
Is there a presale, team allocation or airdrop?
No. The whole 1,000,000,000 supply sits in the Meteora curve. When it fills, the liquidity moves to a Meteora pool and is locked permanently. Nobody gets an allocation.
What can go wrong?
The token can lose most or all of its value. It is not a share in the startup and gives no rights to its revenue. The startup may never claim, may fail, or may ask to be removed. Noticed is not audited yet.
Is it audited?
No. Noticed uses Meteora's audited programs for the token and pool; Noticed's own fee accounting and payout service are not audited.
